I was very encouraged as I read this article. So much of it resonates with my heart and desire to see followers of Jesus move out into the community to BE the church... the hands, feet and voice of jesus to the world! The possibilities and opportunities are endless as we see that God's mission is to infiltrate every sector of our society... redeeming and restoring... building His Kingdom on earth!
Amen and amen!

Jacqueline, I think I would suggest reading Alan Hirsch's "The Forgotten Ways" and Mike Frost's "Exiles." Might also suggest their latest book "ReJesus."

I've been reading and studying the walk of Jesus on earth and the significance of that walk on mine. I've read Jesus of Suburbia and then came upon your site. I am excited about finding others embracing the same ideas/truths. Suggestions for next reads or interactions?
