I'd have to say that working within the confines of a larger church (100 or more) can make it difficult to live life as a person on mission for Christ. There are always lots of good things to keep running (i.e. programs). I guess that's why we went the route of planting an organic house church and encourage others to do the same. I guess that's why it's easier to see others leave to go on to plant new churches - that's our mission!
