Well I will admit that I am not overly optimistic, but I do find a desire by some existing churches to play a larger role in the transformation of thier community. 

My hopes of my dmin project is that with a focus on the &quot;theological assumptions&quot; that I mention in the post AND tapping into the power of stories of what others are doing, that we can see at least some changes in the direction existing churches use their resources - such as prayer, time, use of facilities, $ . . . That is certainly my hope and prayer.</description>
