Matt, I would recommend McNeal’s “Missional Renaissance” for a good discussion on creating new scorecards/measuring sticks. I will also email you a handout that I created that give several new measuring ideas.

I wish he would have given an idea for a new measuring stick. What can we measure? Or, what proxy can use to see that we are making a difference?
