Do we need leaders and leadership in the church, absolutely! But I believe the vast majority we see in the church in the west is drawn more from the business world than from the Bible.</description>

		<description>Your thoughts sound profound but also seem indicative of some major bias on your part.  What is your point exactly?  That the church should not have leadership?  1&amp;2 Timothy, Titus and 1 Peter 5 (for starters) clearly reveal that God intended for the church to have leaders.  Furthermore we are commanded, by God via the apostle, to respect and submit to them (Heb 13:17).</description>
