I'm serving a traditional United Methodist Church so the issues are applicable to my current situation. I've been leaning this way since I've been here, but it has just been in the past couple of years that I've realized that others are moving in the same direction. I'm finding it to be a slow transition because most of the 'current' thinking in my denomination is all about programs and implementing anything that is thought to bring growth. - Dave. Hi,
