I am about to go to orals for my DMIN (Golden Gate) - My project was in utilizing affinity groups to build relationships, share Christ, and teach people to become missional.

Best wishes on your progress!

Hi,

I'm also working on a DMin and am leading in a similar direction for my dissertation. I'm serving a traditional United Methodist Church so the issues are applicable to my current situation. I've been leaning this way since I've been here, but it has just been in the past couple of years that I've realized that others are moving in the same direction. I'm finding it to be a slow transition because most of the 'current' thinking in my denomination is all about programs and implementing anything that is thought to bring growth. - Dave.
